Technical efficiency analysis: Management factor as determinants of saving and credit cooperatives’ health

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the technical efficiency Saving and Credit Cooperatives (SACCOs) impact for SACCOs’ health using primary data obtained from a survey 178 respondents SACCOs in East Java, Indonesia. three stages analysis used are Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Tobit Regression Logistic Regression. Based on results DEA method, it concluded that average performance can be achieved by with existing technology 65 % maximum potential yield. There 61.3 which declared technically inefficient. factors influence level interest, loan term, manager's age, type business. Furthermore, affect cooperative based logistics variable frequency management meetings, age cooperative, fixed deposits loan. This supports becoming more efficient healthy external policy (from government) internal SACCOs).
